The institute is entering its formal design phase, with architectural and programmatic plans scheduled for release on August 12. This milestone marks the transition from concept to physical development, confirming Rochester Hills — specifically the Livernois Road / Walton Boulevard corridor near Downtown Rochester and Country Club Village — as the designated location for the institute’s future home. The campus is dedicated to Ms. Bilen, whose influence shaped the emotional and intellectual foundation of the project.
