Sharma Capital Holdings, a newly formed Michigan‑based parent company, has announced the strategic acquisition and full integration of Guest Ready LLC, a rapidly growing service‑sector company operating across multiple regions of the state. The transaction marks a significant milestone in the company’s long‑term vision to build a statewide platform focused on disciplined acquisitions, multi‑sector expansion, and scalable operational infrastructure.

Under the terms of the agreement, Guest Ready LLC will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sharma Capital Holdings. While financial details remain undisclosed, the acquisition reflects a major consolidation move designed to strengthen the company’s market position, streamline internal systems, and accelerate expansion into additional Michigan markets.
