The Foundation has appointed Mr. Shashikant Sharma as Senior Vice Chair, and Ms. Parker Sharma as Chief of Biomedical Strategy (Designate) for the forthcoming BILEN Institute.
These appointments reinforce the Foundation’s commitment to building a family‑led dynasty focused on scientific advancement, community development, and long‑term institutional impact.
Senior Vice Chair:
Mr. Shashikant Sharma
Director of Community Strategy
Mr. Sharma brings over 30 years of leadership experience in advanced manufacturing, systems operations, and organizational development. His appointment recognizes his lifelong dedication to excellence, discipline, and service — values that have shaped the Sharma family and its institutions.
